Upper Bolfracks

On the Upper Tay, west of Aberfeldy (no ghillie).

PDAA has two rods per day on the following dates (all balloted):

Tuesday 28 April / Wednesday 29 April / Thursday 30 April

Friday 1 May /  Thursday 21 May /  Friday 22 May

All rods are balloted, but cancelled places can be looked for and taken up via the online booking link.

Access

Heading north from Perth on the A9, exit at Ballinluig towards Aberfeldy, which is 10 miles west along the A827. The access track for the Upper Bolfracks beat is about 3 miles beyond Aberfeldy,  just after Croftmoraig farm (Signposted NEWHALL) on the A827 midway between Kenmore and Aberfeldy. There is a locked gate (combination provided on permit). The final stretch of track to the hut may not be suitable for vehicles with low ground clearance.
